Our return and refund policy last for 30 days to help our customers to the best of our abilities, as the case may be. But if 30 days get passed from the date you received the order(s), we cannot offer you a full refund or replacement.

Your order should be unused or in its original condition with all the tags to be eligible for a return.

Moreover, we require a receipt of your order at the return time. Do not send your order to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return order, we will send you an email to confirm the return of your item. Also, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return order.

If your return order gets approved by our team, the refund will be processed from our end and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late Or Missing Refunds 

If you don’t receive the refund amount, please verify your bank or credit card company. It takes a few days to clear the amount. And if you have done all this and still haven’t received the refund, contact us at info@fineherbspices.com.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for the shipping charges, and the cost is non-refundable. And when you receive the refund amount, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
